Our Home inspections are based on total square footage of the house.

Up to 1,500 sq.ft                                                            $250.00

1,501 to 2,500 sq.ft                                                       $300.00

2,501 to 3,000 sq.ft                                                       $350.00

3,001 sq.ft and larger is figured at $.14 per sq.ft

Homes older then 25 years old are an additional              $50.00

NEW HOME WARRANTY INSPECTIONS  
For new home owners coming to the end of their 12 month warranty from their builder. It is recommend that you have the inspection at least one month before the expiration of the builders warranty.

Up to 1,500 sq.ft                                                            $250.00

3,001 sq.ft and larger is figured at $.10 per sq.ft



The below mentioned tests and pricing is based on the test being preformed at the time of the home inspection. If preformed alone a additional charge of $50.00 is added to the cost of the inspection.


WATER TEST (Bacteria and e coli)                                    $95.00
Most results can be back in 48 hours.

WATER TEST (FHA)                                                         $155.00
This test is required if you are getting a FHA Loan with a well. The test is for the detection of coliform bacteria, lead, nitrates, and nitrites only. Most results are known in 3 working days.

RADON TESTING                                                             $100.00
Radon test period is 48 hours. The results can be delivered within 12 hours of the testing. All testing equipment is calibrated.
